Two decades leading digital marketing at Fortune 500 companies, a first-of-its-kind AI revenue accelerator in 2019, and a keynote at the Wall Street Journal’s Executive Forum on AI — all before founding Insika.

Siara is the founder of Insika AI and Inovient, an AI Product Innovation Advisor to Silverside AI, and one of a small number of female founders building AI-native marketing infrastructure today.
She has spent over two decades in senior leadership at Autodesk, Intuit, and NortonLifeLock — personally managing every major marketing channel: paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and the analytics stack behind them.
In 2019, she built what is believed to be the industry’s first intent-based revenue accelerator — merging customer intent data with website content to increase engagement 109% and accelerate revenue 4x. This work led to an advisory role at Silverside AI alongside brands including Sephora, Svedka, and Coca-Cola.
Every metric reflects verified outcomes from campaigns and digital transformations led by Siara inside Fortune 500 companies.
